OCD

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) features a pattern of unwanted thoughts and fears known as obsessions. These obsessions lead you to do repetitive behaviors, also called compulsions. These obsessions and compulsions get in the way of daily activities and cause a lot of distress. It can be chronic and significantly impact daily life. However, treatment can help people manage their symptoms.

SCHIZOPHRENIA AND PSYCHOTIC DISORDERS

ANGER MANAGEMENT

Many people think that anger management is about learning to suppress your anger. But never getting angry is not a healthy goal. Anger will come out regardless of how hard you try to tamp it down. The true goal of anger management isn’t to suppress feelings of anger, but rather to understand the message behind the emotion and express it in a healthy way without losing control.

Stress management involves using various techniques and coping strategies to manage your overall stress levels, improve how you react to stressful things in your life, and build resilience. The main role of child counsellors is to focus in treating children with emotional, behavioural, educational, mental disorders.

TOILET TRAINING

Toilet training involves teaching a child to use the potty or toilet. It's best to wait until your child is ready, which is usually around 2–3 years of age. Instead of using age, look for signs that your child may be ready to start heading for the potty and boys often start later and take longer to learn to use the potty than girls.
